We LOVE Nancy & team! Our whole family does! She did a fantastic job planning our wedding and making it one of the best days ever. She worked with us over the months to keep us on budget , yet still give us the MOST gorgeous, rustic wedding of our dreams. She is very responsive (except when she's up in the mountains - lol!) and she recommended Vendors who were just PERFECT for us. When the wedding day came, I was anxious - only due to excitement. When the Banquet Manager at the resort told us that they require a “day-of” wedding coordinator, we questioned the need for this. After all, my family & friends are *very* hands-on. So, Mom and I searched out "day-of" wedding coordinators. After a few contacts & emails with several Planners, we decided to meet with Nancy for coffee. No need to look any further. She was warm, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable! When we met with her, she had so many ideas, and I felt that she really understood what we were trying to do with my theme. We hired Nancy as our “day-of”, which is really a “month-of” coordinator. She was a pleasure to deal with both before the wedding and the day of the wedding. She and her two assistants made sure all the details were taken care of. While I was a little overwhelmed with my amazing day, I can say that Nancy and her staff were calm, professional, FUN, and thorough in carrying out everything we had discussed beforehand. I don’t think we could have done it without her and her staff. The moral of this story is: a) you DO need a “day-of” coordinator and b) it should be Nancy! LK & Momma 2021

We met Nancy through a friend about eight months before our wedding. From the moment we met her, she was personable, thoughtful, funny, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her taking the time to get to know my fiance (now husband) and I and what we wanted on our special day. She also made sure to take note of every detail from colors to center pieces. Throughout the entire planning process, she was on top of all her correspondences and meetings. She gave wonderful ideas and advice. She also is a great problem solver. Our rehearsal went very well. She knew all the right things to say and gave very helpful tips and pointers to ensure a great ceremony/reception. My wedding party and I felt very prepared and confident about the ceremony at the end of our rehearsal. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed perfectly and she made our vision come true. She always made sure that my fiance and I had whatever WE needed from water to just making sure we were okay! She was detail oriented in every way. I enjoyed my wedding from beginning to end. First of all - I just love Nancy. Our first in-person meeting was over coffee, and I felt like I had known her for years. There were so many things that I didn’t even think of that she pointed out helped me plan for in advance. She recommended solid vendors within my budget created the timeline for my big day. On the day of our wedding, Nancy made sure everything ran smoothly so that I (and my mom!) could relax and be in the present in the moment rather than worrying about if the cake was delivered or if the flowers had arrived on time or if the reception was set up correctly. I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she gave us as well as helping turn our vision for our wedding into a reality. N+G 2017
I cannot say enough about Nancy and the stellar job she did on my wedding! I am an organized person and had a year and a half engagement. I was very adamant about not needing a wedding planner. That was until the last six months hit and all the small details were keeping me up at night. I was referred to Nancy by a friend who had worked with her on a corporate event. During my first phone call with Nancy, she immediately talked me off the ledge and reassured me that she could take my details & dreams and get them under control. After that first meeting, she answered every question and offered encouragement and support that was definitely needed! On the day of the wedding, we were shocked to find out that our venue required Caterer did NOT prepare several items as contracted. Unreal. Nancy and her team quickly updated menus, handled the changes to some specific diet restricted meals, and ultimately renegotiated our final billing with the Caterer. She wasn't going to let him ruin the day. My mom-in-law compared her to a rose that isn't afraid to show it's thorns (or something like that). If you are hesitant about needing a wedding planner, just do it! You want to enjoy your engagement? Let Nancy worry about the big & small stuff - she's a pro. J+A 2016
Nancy is an extremely talented wedding planner. I was for the most part a DIY bride, but I needed help dotting my I's and crossing my T's along with my day of timeline. Her expertise and attention to detail made my event run flawlessly. All of her suggestions, tips and tricks, and best practices were all little details that would have never crossed my mind. In an hours time, Nancy managed to calm my nerves and I left our meeting feeling very confident with my day of game plan!
